CHANGES IN THE FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
of the following changes to the functions of directors of the Board of Stratcorp, with
effect from 1 September 2016:
- Anniruth Kissoonduth resigns as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of StratCorp
to take up his new appointment as a Member of the Mayoral Committee of the
City of Tshwane. Anniruth will however remain as Non-Executive Director of
Stratcorp.
- Richard Botha, an independent Non-Executive Director of Stratcorp, is
appointed as Interim CEO until a suitable candidate is found, and
- Krishni Pillay, an independent Non-Executive Director of Stratcorp, is
appointed as Lead Independent Director.
