CHANGE TO THE FUNCTION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
notified of the following change in the function of a director.
As announced on 30 August 2016, Lance Sherrell resigned as a member of the Audit Committee of Invicta effective 29
August 2016.
The Invicta board (“Board”) is now pleased to announce that Ramani Naidoo, independent non-executive director of
the Board, has been appointed as a member of the Invicta Audit Committee to replace Lance, with immediate effect.
