NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL HOLDERS OF CLN393 ZAR45,788,733.90
iTRAXX® EUROPE CROSSOVER SERIES 22 LISTED NOTE DUE 20 DECEMBER
2019 (Stock Code: CLN393 and ISIN Code: ZAG000120841) (the
“Note”) issued in terms of The Standard Bank of South Africa
Limited’s Structured Note Programme (the “Programme”)) on 24
October 2014. Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined
in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the
Pricing Supplement of the Note, as read with the Programme
Memorandum.
Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Credit Event which occurred in
respect of Grupo Isolux Corsan Finance BV (“Isolux”), as advised
in an announcement dated 02 September 2016, the Affected Portion
(being the Portion relating to Isolux) will be amended as
follows:
1. the Aggregate Nominal Amount is amended to: ZAR44,467,353.52;
2. the Nominal Amount of the Affected Portion is amended to:
- ZAR654,714; and
3. the Margin of the Affected Portion is amended to: 1.29549%.
Notice is given to Noteholders for information purposes only.
No action is required by Noteholders.
