In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended (“the Companies Act”)
and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that PSG Asset
Management (Pty) Limited (“PSG”) has acquired a beneficial interest in the “N” ordinary shares of the
Company, resulting in the beneficial interest in “N” ordinary shares held by PSG increasing to 5.39%.
