Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements on SENS detailing, inter
alia, the acquisition of Safari Lodge and are advised that the circular to shareholders
has been posted to shareholders, including a notice of General Meeting.
The General Meeting will be held at 10h00 on Tuesday, 4 October 2016 at 16th Floor,
Orion House, 49 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg.
The record date to determine which shareholders are eligible to receive the circular
was Friday, 26 August 2016.
The Last Day to Trade and Record Date in order to be eligible to vote is Tuesday,
20 September 2016 and Friday, 23 September 2016 respectively.
