remaining shareholders and the proposed delisting of SACMH from the JSE.

Shareholders are advised that a circular, incorporating a notice of a general meeting to be
held at 10h00 on Wednesday, 12 October 2016, at 44A Boundary Road, Inanda, has been
mailed to shareholders.

Notice of meeting
The notice of meeting contains proposed resolutions relating to inter alia the approval of the
delisting of the company from the JSE.
