ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ACQUISITION BY FAMOUS BRANDS OF
GBK RESTAURANTS LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 1 September 2016 relating to
the acquisition by Famous Brands of the entire issued share capital of GBK
Restaurants Limited (“the Acquisition").
The Company has received approval from the Financial Surveillance Department of
the South African Reserve Bank for the Acquisition. Shareholders are accordingly
advised that the Acquisition is now unconditional and the effective date is 7 October
2016.
