FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF THE COMMON SHARES OF
DELRAND FROM THE JSE LIMITED (“JSE”) LIST
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 1 September 2016 and are
advised that the Company is proceeding with the removal of its common shares from the JSE
list, in terms of Section 12(5) of the South African Financial Markets Act, 2012 (the "Removal”).
The salient dates for the Removal, as previously published, remain unchanged and are detailed
below:
