PUBLICATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTS TO THE BASE PROSPECTUSES IN
RESPECT OF NOTES, WARRANTS AND CERTIFICATES IN RELATION TO THE
NOTE, WARRANT AND CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME (the “Programme”)
The Issuers prepared a third supplement dated 4 August 2016(the
"Third Supplement in respect of Notes") which is supplemental
to, and should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus
dated 9 June 2016 (the "Base Prospectus in respect of Notes"),
the first supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 14 June 2016
(the "First Supplement in respect of Notes"), and the second
supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 21 June 2016 (the
“Second Supplement in respect of Notes”) in respect of Notes
issued under the Programme.
The Issuers prepared a second supplement dated 4 August 2016(the
"Second Supplement in respect of Warrants") which is
supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the
base prospectus dated 9 June 2016 (the "Base Prospectus in
respect of Warrants") and the first supplement to the Base
Prospectus dated 28 June 2016 (the "First Supplement in respect
of Warrants"), in respect of Warrants issued under the
Programme.
The Issuers prepared a first supplement dated 4 August 2016 (the
"First Supplement in respect of Certificates") which is
supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the
base prospectus dated 9 June 2016 (the "Base Prospectus in
respect of Certificates") in respect of Certificates issued
under the Programme.
The Third Supplement in respect of Notes, the Second Supplement
in respect of Warrants and the First Supplement in respect of
Certificates, are collectively referred to as the “Supplements”.
