NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND MAILING OF ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 31 March 2016 was posted to
shareholders today.
The annual financial statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and their unqualified
audit report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office. The annual report and
audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2016 are available at
www.yeboyethu.co.za.
The annual report incorporates a notice of annual general meeting, which meeting will be held at
Vodacom World, 082 Vodacom Boulevard, Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa on Friday 14
October 2016 at 11:00 (SA time). The record date for shareholders to be registered in the books of
the company for purposes of being entitled to attend, speak and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday 7 October 2016.
