CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Ms Tsundzukani Mhlanga has resigned as the financial director of
the Company and will serve her notice period until end of October 2016. She will be pursuing other opportunities. The
board wishes to thank her for her valued contributions during her tenure as financial director of the Company.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr Sanjay Chiboo has been appointed as the new financial director of the
company. Mr Chiboo is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience in the finance function, tax and
governance matters having previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Merrill Lynch South Africa and has been
part of the group for the last 12 months. Mr Chiboo’s appointment as financial director of the Company will take effect
from 31 October 2016, concurrently with Ms Mhlanga’s resignation.
The board welcomes Sanjay and believes he will add significant value to Ascension.
