FINAL REDEMPTION OF COJ02 NOTE
CJMM redeemed the last tranche of the COJ02 Note with a nominal
amount of R166,666,667.00 (“Final Redemption”). The COJ02 bond
is 40% guaranteed by both the IFC and The DBSA with 6 semi-
annual redemptions which started on 15 March 2014 until the
final redemption on 15 September 2016. The outstanding balance
for COJ02 after Final Redemption will be R0.00.
