RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Armine Schaefer has resigned as the CFO of RBA effective
19 October 2016.
Pieter Lessingh will be taking over in the interim as acting CFO until a permanent
appointment is made. Pieter is a qualified CA with extensive experience in the construction
industry and with listed entities. He joined RBA in January 2016 as a financial consultant in
the finance division and RBA appointed Pieter in June 2016 as the Executive Financial
Manager of the group.
The board of directors would like to thank Armine sincerely for her contribution to the
Company and the RBA Group and wishes her success in her future endeavours.
