In accordance with rule 3.59 (a & b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Ms Jackie Huntley, an independent non-executive
director of Capitec and Capitec Bank Limited (“Capitec Bank”),
the wholly owned banking subsidiary of Capitec (“the
companies”), has resigned from the boards of the companies
with effect from today. The Boards thank her for her
contribution during her tenure.
