In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that David Levithan, a non-executive director has resigned effective 20
September 2016.
The Board thanks David for his contribution to the Board and wishes him well in his future
endeavours. David will remain in his capacity as legal adviser to the Company.
