CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Omnia (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Prof Stephanus Loubser has retired as an
independent non-executive director with effect from 1 December 2016.
Stephanus has served diligently on the Board since 2003 and Omnia has benefited greatly from his commitment
and expertise.
The Board wishes to thank him for his invaluable contribution to the company and the Group and wishes him
well in his well-deserved retirement.
