CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Company advises that Mr Amitava
Guharoy (“Amitava”), the CEO of Adcorp International, has resigned as an executive director of
Adcorp with effect from 1 October 2016.
With the previously disclosed international funding transaction now not being pursued by
Adcorp, Amitava would prefer to pursue business interests outside of the Adcorp group. The
directors would like to thank Amitava for his contribution to Adcorp and wish him well in his
future endeavours.
