Application to UK Listing Authority
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for 305,806 Ordinary Shares of $0.0001 each to
trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the
Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing
issued shares of the Company.
All of these shares were issued to the Lonmin Employee Share Trust
on 27 September 2016. This will enable the trustee to settle the
vesting of awards granted on 27 September 2013 under each of the
Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Stay & Prosper Plan.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29
September 2016.
