With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2016, shareholders are advised that the
annual financial statements will be distributed to shareholders today, 30 September 2016 and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 13 September 2016.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Comair shareholders will be held on Thursday 10
November 2016 at Comair’s Operations Building, Corner Fortress and Whirlwind Roads, Rhodesfield at
12h00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual
financial statements.
