NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual report, incorporating summarised consolidated
financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2016, was dispatched today, Friday, 30 September
2016, and contains no changes from the reviewed condensed consolidated preliminary financial results which
were released on SENS on Thursday, 8 September 2016.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of the annual general meeting of the company, which will be held
at 10:00 on Thursday, 17 November 2016 at Rex Buildings, 263 Victoria Road, Salt River, Cape Town.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 8
November 2016 and the record date for voting purposes at the annual general meeting is Friday, 11 November
2016.
The integrated annual report and the audited annual financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June
2016 are available on the company’s website – www.rextrueform.com.
