DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF AUDITED RESULTS
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, issuers are required
to publish provisional results within three months of their year-end.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the publication of the results for
the financial year ended 30 June 2016 has been delayed, due to the change
to a new accounting system and the need to finalise the IFRS technical review.
The audited results for the year ended 30 June 2016 are expected to be published
on or about 14 October 2016. The JSE has been advised that AH-Vest will not meet
the required publication date of 30 September 2016.
