In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Stor-Age shareholders are advised that Stor-Age has received notification from
Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited on behalf of the Coronation Group on behalf of its
clients that its beneficial interest in Stor-Age has increased to 15.07% of the issued ordinary shares
in Stor-Age.
