POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the audited results and
dividend declaration announcement for the year ended 30
June 2016 released on 26 September 2016 and are advised
that the company’s Integrated Report for the year ended 30
June 2016, containing the unmodified annual financial
statements and notice of annual general meeting has been
distributed.
Included in the Integrated Report was a notice of Annual
General Meeting of shareholders which will be held in the
company’s boardroom, Jasco Office Park, Corner Alexandra
Avenue and Second Street, Midrand, on 2 November 2016, at
14:00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of
the Annual General Meeting posted to shareholders on 30
September 2016.
The record date, for purposes of determining which
shareholders are entitled to receive the notice of Annual
General Meeting, was Friday, 16 September 2016.
The last day to trade and the record date, in order for
shareholders to be eligible to participate in and vote at
the Annual General Meeting, are 18 October 2016 and 21
October 2016, respectively.
