RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement dated
5 September 2016 where counsel for Platfields had advised that the provisional
liquidation court order was not extended and thus technically the company was not
in liquidation anymore. The Company has, however, subsequently been advised that
the parties must return to Court because the previous set down was in the unopposed
Court. The matter was set down for 17 October 2016.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company has entered into negotiations with
an interested party with regard to a co-operation agreement for the bulk sampling of
the Company’s gold prospects.
Notwithstanding the fact that the Company’s shares remain suspended on the JSE,
shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
