TRADING STATEMENT
The Listings Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) require a listed company to
announce through the BSE and the press any circumstances or events that have, or are likely to have,
a material bearing relating to the financial results of the company for the next reporting period.
The Board of Wilderness hereby announces that the Group's profit before tax for the first six months
ended 31 August 2016 are likely to be materially higher than those achieved in the six months ended
on 31 August 2015.
Full details of the factors giving rise to this improvement in performance will be given in the
announcement of the interim results, due to be released on 24 October 2016. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
