CHANGES TO BOARD CHAIRMAN
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby
given that Dr James Motlatsi has retired as Independent
Non-Executive Chairman of the Board with effect from
Thursday 6 October 2016. The Board expressed their
gratitude for Dr Motlatsi’s valuable contribution during
his tenure as Chairman of the Board.
The Board is pleased to announce that Mr Mitesh Patel has
been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the
Board with effect from Thursday 6 October 2016. The Board
wishes Mr Patel well in his new appointment as Board
Chairman and look forward to his leadership going forward.
