TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Ascension has received notification
from Sanlam Investment Management Proprietary Limited (“Sanlam”) of the disposal by Sanlam (on behalf of its
clients) of Ascension A ordinary shares, such that Sanlam (on behalf of its clients) now holds 9.90% of Ascension’s
issued A ordinary shares.
