NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS OF JSE LIMITED
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008,
shareholders are advised of the following:
Corocapital Proprietary Limited has notified Metrofile that it`s
beneficial interest in Metrofile has decreased from 5.02% to
4.99% of the total issued share capital, excluding treasury
shares, of Metrofile.
As required in terms of Section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act,
Metrofile Holdings shall file the required notice with the
Takeover Regulations Panel.
