CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
ISA (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Njabulo Mthembu has resigned as an
independent non-executive director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee with immediate effect.
The Board will commence with the process of filling this vacancy and shareholders will be advised once an
appointment has been made.
The Board thanks Mr Mthembu for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
