Listing of additional AfricaGold debentures - ETFGLD
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 11 October 2016, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaGold debentures at an approximate issue price of R173.32 per additional AfricaGold
debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 991.618 fine troy ounces of gold
bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 600,000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 5,971.713 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
