RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 30 August 2016, shareholders are hereby advised that
negotiations regarding the acquisition of an offshore portfolio which, if successfully concluded, may
have a material impact on the price at which Accelerate shares trade on the JSE Limited, remain
ongoing.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in Accelerate
shares until a further announcement in this regard is made.
