CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited´s Listings Requirements, Shareholders are
hereby advised that Ms Rojie Kisten ("Ms Kisten") has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director of the Company and as member of the Company´s audit and risk committee, social
and ethics committee and remuneration and nomination committee of CSG with effect from 12
October 2016.
Ms Kisten has a BAdmin (Hons) degree from Stellenbosch Business School and completed the
General Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
She spent most of her working career within the Old Mutual Group, including Nedcor Bank. Her work
experience includes amongst others
Asset management in both listed and unlisted entities
Local and international capital raising for unlisted funds
Stakeholder management within South Africa and the rest of the African Continent
Investor relations
Managing enterprise development finance.
Ms Kisten currently serves on various boards as an independent non-executive director, including the
Cookhouse Renewable Energy Wind Fund (where she is also chairperson of the Cookhouse
Community Windfarm Trust), Assupol Holdings (she also chairs the social and ethics committee), the
Nelson Mandela Bay Metro´s Agency MBDA (Mandela Bay Development Agency) Board, including
serving on the audit and risk committee of MBDA, the African Leadership Network and a Trustee of
the Imam Abdullah Haroon Trust.
The CSG board welcomes the appointment of Ms Kisten and looks forward to her contributions as a
director of the Company.
