board of directors of Texton (the “Board”) hereby advises that Patrick Ntshalintshali, a
non-executive director, has been elected as a temporary member of the Audit and Risk
Committee, with effect from 13 October 2016, pursuant to the resignation of Mr Thando
Sishuba from the Board on 25 August 2016.
