Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 13 October 2016 in relation to the
Proposed Cancellation of Admission to Trading on AIM and Delisting from the Alt-X, Proposed Redemption
of Ordinary Shares, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Cautionary Announcement. We would like to
note that the dates for termination for trading of shares on the Alt-X will be 12 December 2016 and not 10
December 2016 as previously stated.
