Shareholders are advised that the agreement with Econ Food Concepts (Pty) Ltd to purchase
Mama Chakas as published on SENS on 20 June 2016, is of no further effect and/or has been
terminated by virtue of failure to meet one or more of the conditions precedent and the breach
of warranties.
