DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 September 2016. The distribution of 33.71457 cents per PrefTrax security will be comprised
as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 33.00146 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 4.95022 cents
Resultant net dividend 28.05124 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 0.25751 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 0.03863 cents
Resultant net dividend 0.21888 cents
Interest 0.45560 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
30 September 2016 and will be paid on 20 October 2016.
