NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the notice of annual general meeting together with the summary of the audited
consolidated results for the year ended 31 May 2016, was dispatched to shareholders today, 24 October 2016 and
contains no changes from the summary of the audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 May 2016 which
were released on SENS on 25 August 2016.
The Company’s annual general meeting will be held at the offices of the Company, 46 Tulbagh Road, Pomona,
Kempton Park, Gauteng on Thursday, 24 November 2016 at 10:00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
15 November 2016 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 18 November 2016.
The Company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended
31 May 2016, is available on Company’s website – www.onelogix.co.za.
