NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) together with the summarised audited
consolidated results for the year ended 30 June 2016, was dispatched to shareholders today, 25 October 2016 and
contains no changes from the summarised provisional audited consolidated results for the year ended 30 June 2016
which were released on SENS on 13 September 2016.
The Company’s AGM will be held at the Conference Centre, Maxwell Office Park, Waterfall City on Thursday,
24 November 2016 at 09h00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 15 November 2016 and
the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 18 November 2016.
The Company’s Integrated Report, incorporating the audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
30 June 2016, will be available on Company’s website – www.attacq.co.za on or before 4 November 2016.
