CONFIRMATION OF INTEREST RELATING TO UPWARD CASH ADJUSTMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Circular issued on 14 September 2016 and the Finalisation
Announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 13 October 2016. Terms
defined therein shall, unless otherwise stated, bear the same meaning in this announcement.
Shareholders are reminded that the Upward Cash Adjustment on the Scheme Consideration will be
paid to Shareholders, registered on the Scheme Record Date being 28 October 2016, on the
Operative Date of the Scheme being 31 October 2016. The Upward Cash Adjustment is calculated at
the Prime Rate per annum of 10.5% which equates to an amount of R 0.0142 payable per Amecor
share.
