ANNOUNCEMENT: APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Dawn is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Alan Austin, 58, as Chief Financial Officer
and executive financial director.
Mr Austin is a qualified Chartered Accountant SA and has a wealth of financial and strategic
management experience at senior executive level in various industries including manufacturing and
trading. He joins the Group on 1 November 2016.
The audit committee has considered and satisfied itself about the experience and expertise of Mr.
Austin.
The Board is confident that this appointment will add significant value to the financial governance
structures and to the current turnaround initiatives of the Group.
