CHANGES TO THE COMPANY’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
IHL, the hotel and leisure focused property investment company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob
Huddy as a Non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 26 October 2016.
Rob Huddy is a qualified accountant with over 20 years' experience in finance and is a Director and Chief Financial
Officer of Tsogo Sun Holdings Limited, a major shareholder in the Company.
Further to his appointment, he will replace Marcel Von Aulock on the Audit Committee, which will now comprise the
following members: Martin Wilsher (Chairman), Peter Todd and Rob Huddy
