Shareholders are referred to the special dividend finalisation announcement (“finalisation announcement”) released
on SENS on 19 October 2016 which was subject to obtaining the necessary Exchange Control approval.
Wescoal is now in a position to confirm that Exchange Control approval has been obtained and the payment of the
special dividend will proceed as set out in the finalisation announcement.
