the option expiry on 27 October 2016.
On Expiry Date the Strike Price of the Put exceeds the Final Reference Price and hence, the Put Option will be
automatically exercised.
The Holders’ Underlying Securities will be sold at the equivalent Put Strike Price per Share and a cash amount of
R14,756.81 per each ESPIBA’s held shall be settled through STRATE on 02 November 2016.
