APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In Compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the company is pleased to announce the
appointment of Matthew Welz as Company Secretary with effect
from 1 November 2016.
Mr Welz, an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, has
been appointed as the Group Head of Legal Counsel and replaces
Annalize Barnard who has been the acting Company Secretary
since 9 September 2016.
