CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Lindiwe
Mthimunye Bakoro has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director to the board of Pioneer Food Group Limited with immediate
effect.
Ms Bakoro is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and served on multiple
boards as an independent non-executive director. She has more than
16 years’ commercial experience spanning various industries.
The chairman and board wish to welcome Ms Bakoro and look forward to
her contribution.
