In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that, Mr.
Haroon Moolla, an independent non-executive director of Jasco
has resigned, with effect from 1 November 2016.
Mr. Moolla has decided to pursue his private business interests
and the Board thanks him for his several years of service and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
