Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 21 September 2016 where it was announced that
Alawill Investments (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gooderson, entered into an agreement for the
sale as a going concern of the Gooderson Sanrock Resort & Conference Centre, subject to certain terms
and conditions.
The conditions precedent were not fulfilled by the required date and as a result the sale agreement has
lapsed.
