CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Master Drilling hereby notifies its shareholders of the following:
RESIGNATION OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Christopher Gerald O’Neill (Chris O’ Neil) has resigned as an alternate
director to Daniel Coenraad Pretorius, Andre Jean van Deventer, and Barend Jacobus Jordaan with
st
effect from 1 November 2016 and the Company wishes to thank Chris O’ Neill for his contribution to
Master Drilling.
