Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 23 September 2016
regarding the withdrawal by the Registrar of Financial Services Providers (“”Registrar”) of the
authorisation by Virtus Financial Services (Proprietary) Limited (”Virtus”) to act as Financial Services
Provider (‘’FSP”).
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities
until a further announcement is made.
