Primeserv Group Limited is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire
certain contracts and rights from the Cozens Group, comprising Cozens Recruitment Services
Proprietary Limited and Cozens Manamela & Associates Proprietary Limited. The transaction is below
the categorisation thresholds in terms of section 9 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
Shareholders are advised that as the transaction has been concluded, caution is no longer required to
be exercised by shareholders when dealing in the Company’s securities.
